Les Vignerons de Roquefort

This is the story of 30 passionate winegrower co-operators gathered around the cellar of Roquefort la Bédoule on the outskirts of Marseille, a stone's throw from Cassis. The cooperators are the historical actors of the cooperative. Representing for the most part the old families of Roquefort la Bédoule, they perpetuate from generation to generation the love of the vine. The Domaine du Grand Rouvière and the Domaine Bini have also chosen to join the Vignerons de Roquefort la Bédoule and have their own Cuvée.

These cooperators pool their harvests in order to produce wines such as "Sur un Air de Mistral", "Tradition" or "Cigale". Because of its specificities, its terroir abounds in resources. Grenache, Syrah, Cinssault, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Caladoc, Rolle, Ugni-Blanc and Clairette are all grape varieties that combine subtly to produce unique wines

They will allow the must (the unfermented grape juice) to be kept cold in order to extract a maximum of aromas, thus promising a 2022 vintage that is even better than previous years.
