A story of two enthusiasts who have set themselves the goal of offering the Gironde an alternative to the drinks on offer, i.e. to drink locally, but other than wine and beer !

Since 2019, their project has continued to mature and nothing can stop their development, which today makes it a Social and Solidarity-based Economic Enterprise. Working only with fresh and organic apples, the label is being developed for this company which has seen its 2021 production sold out in a few months !
.
Short circuits, circular economy and local commitment shape the strategic choices of the cider house. The principle of anti-waste being at the centre of all production, the apples used are unsold or unsaleable thanks to partnerships with the region's sales outlets. In addition, the objective is to approach zero waste in production.
