TRANSITION - Compliance with environmental standards
Construction and relocation, the 2022 project
A new major project for the Arsilac teams in 2022: the relocation of the southern branch to brand new premises designed and built exclusively to optimise our services. We'll be relocating to the heart of the "Escampade" development zone in the town of Monteux, where we'll be able to get to the heart of an active suburb with easy access to the main roads. The new building will feature modern equipment adapted to new environmental standards, combining comfort and technology. All of this will take place on a 1 hectare site, providing plenty of space to optimise all-new unloading, storage and loading logistics. The 2,000 m2 warehouse will be covered by the same surface area of photovoltaic panels, enabling energy savings. Thanks to this solar power plant, Arsilac is now firmly rooting itself in the ecological transition and in the development of renewable energies. For the comfort of staff and visitors alike, 50 olive trees will be planted around the warehouse to provide a pleasant, fresh, Mediterranean atmosphere.
Through all these initiatives undertaken thanks to the town of Monteux, we are very happy to be able to commit ourselves to the ecological transition that will enable biodiversity to develop properly.
Thanks to Frederic ALEX of AMR architects for his contribution to this wonderful project, who produced the 3D plans.
Building
First images of the start of the worksite, where the ground is currently being drilled to lay specific foundations, while completing the platforms and installing the networks. This year saw the construction of a brand new warehouse, designed and adapted to meet the management and storage needs of our range of tanks and equipment.
Thank you to the COLAS and KELLER teams for their professionalism in dealing with this high-risk construction project in the town of Monteux.
Structures
New images of the progress of the "Ecological Transition" project and its works. Discover the framework of the brand new ARSILAC warehouse in Monteux. The Socomet team has finished erecting the framework and the roof. The DCA team finished the concrete and stringers, leaving the way clear for CIEBAT to begin the cladding.

Cladding & storage
After the building at the end of January and the structure at the end of March, we are delighted to present you with one of the first final phases of the "Ecological Transition" project, including Arsilac's move to the town of Monteux. Two storage areas are now operational, thanks in particular to the new handling equipment: the overhead travelling crane and the 100% electric crane.
The facade has also been installed and completed, with the Arsilac sign magnificently crafted and installed by the Enseignes RICHIER teams.
Thank you to all the trades, the teams present and the conductor fred alex from AMR: Cabinet d'Architectes, for your professionalism and your involvement in this project, without whom nothing would be possible!
