Domaine Les SIBU
A family history since 2015, when Jean-Pierre the grandfather, Jérôme the son and Loïc the grandson made their first wine. Today, half of their total production is vinified in their own winery, which has been certified with the HVE (high environmental value) label since the 2019 harvest. In organic conversion since the 2020 vintage, the farm will be certified in organic agriculture thanks to the 2023 production.-
The vineyard covers an area of 22 hectares in the communes of Sablet, Séguret and Gigondas in the Vaucluse (84). The emblematic grape varieties of the region (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc) are cultivated with respect for tradition and ancestral methods.
