Detailed description :

TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Brand : GAI
- Automatic monobloc: rinsing-blowing, filling, capping
- Model : 6003 A/28
- Serial number: AAI6000
- Year : 2002
- Filler output: 5250 litres/hour.
- Monobloc output: 1500 to 8000 bottles/hour.
- Inverter-controlled.
- Machine equipped with PLC and dialogue terminal.

Standard operation, bottling is divided into three phases :
- Rinsing new bottles with sterilised water or sterilising bottles with water containing ozone (O3).
- Filling the cylinders
- Injection of neutral CO2 gas (levelling) and vacuum corking

2-phase blow-moulding rinser (e.g. water + gas) with 24 rinsing stations:
- Equipped for the passage of cylinders Ø max. 100 mm.
- Cylinders are gripped by the neck using a floating jaw gripper.
- The bottle is rotated by a gear and a rack controlled by a cam.
- The injector penetrates the neck of the bottle over a length of 90 mm.
- Injection takes place only in the presence of the bottle.
- There is no contact between the neck of the bottle and the injector.
- The two injection circuits (water/gas) are separate.
- The phasing and duration of the injections are easily adjusted by an external cam system.
- The dripping liquid is recovered in a closed circuit.
- This ensures that the machine does not get wet.
- The grippers return to their normal position and, as soon as they open, allow the outlet starwheel to return the bottle to the conveyor.

28-spout bottle filler capable of handling bottles up to 100 mm in diameter.
- The filler can operate by natural gravity with a slight vacuum, or with light pressure.
- The patented filling nozzles hermetically seal the passage of wine and the return of gas, preventing any contact between the filler tank and the ambient air.
- The filling level is centrally adjustable from 20 to 90 mm neck level.
- The nozzles are opened centrally for washing and sterilisation.
- The nozzles are fitted with centring cones.
- The bottle-mounting saddles (spring-loaded mechanics) are positioned off-centre, so they are protected from rinsing water and any broken glass.
- The saddles are centrally lubricated by an oil spray.
- The wine is fed into the filler tank from the bottom up, allowing the tank to drain completely and naturally.
- Washing and sterilising the filler vat means that the liquid exits from the top, so the vat is completely washed.
- Washing and sterilisation of the filling nozzles is facilitated by the use of a circular channel with recycling outlets.
- These two washing and sterilisation systems are designed to accept a CIP.

6-head corker for flush neck cork with inert gas injection followed by vacuum corking and cork clamping to 16 mm.
- Bottles are selected and transferred between the filler and the corker by augers for perfect synchronisation from one machine to the other.
- Sterilisation device for rinser.
- Electric height adjustment for rinser/filler/capper.
- Micro-switch to control bottle exit from filler.
- Cylindrical channel for sterilising the filler.
- Anti-clogging device with photocell at capper outlet.
- The rinser and/or capper can be prevented from rotating when not in use.
- Acceleration and deceleration by photocell at the machine infeed and anti-clogging at the outfeed.
- Equipped for cylindrical bottles.
- Acceleration and deceleration by photocell at machine infeed and anti-backflow at outfeed.
- Memorised electric height adjustments for all 3 columns.
