Installation of new tanks at Domaine des Chesnaies

Installation in wineries

Five stainless steel vats have been installed at the Domaine des Chesnaies, located in the heart of the Anjou region in the commune of Saint Lambert du Lattay.
Now in its third year of conversion to organic farming, the white grape varieties are grown on soils made up of quartz and clay on schist and sand and gravel on schist.
The red grape varieties are grown on equally good quality soils of sand and clay on schist with good drainage capacity.
