That's why Château de la Haute Cassagne recently commissioned us to purchase 8 high-quality stainless steel vats, each with a capacity of 375 hectolitres. As passionate wine-makers as we are, we are honoured to have been chosen to ensure their meticulous installation, guaranteeing optimal vinification.
