Located in Benais in Indre-et-Loire in the Centre Val de Loire region, this young estate will be offering its Bourgueil wine, and more specifically a Sauvignon Blanc PGI, from 2024.
.
At the head of this project are Delphine and David Ledoux, two enthusiasts whose first white wine harvest will take place this year in 2023.
.
In order to be able to vinify the sweet nectar harvested, 3 thermo-regulated stainless steel vats of 40 HL each have been delivered.
