Domaine Guillaume Montfort

Domaine Guillaume Montfort was created by two young sparkling wine makers; Guillaume and Jérémy who vinify on 2 hectares,
in complete privacy in Saint-Gilles in Languedoc-Roussillon.
The vintages are made in stainless steel vats and the most specific "Le Confidentiel" is vinified in barrels.
In the process of converting to organic farming, the label will be officialized for the 2022 harvest and we wish them all the best for the development of their wine project in the Gard.
