New at Arsilac:
specialty brewery

This week Edouard Bonnet (ARSILAC co-manager and sales manager) participated in the ′′brewing training′′ at the UFA centre in Douai Wagnonville to pass his brewing capacity. Trained at Biotech High School for the stages of process, from malting to brewing, it is now able to assist you and help you with your brewing projects.

From barley to beer, he acquired all the theory and practices needed by working on raw materials, process, material preparation, crushing, brewing, cleaning and disinfection operations, self-checks, etc. tastes of beer, sensory analysis and tasting... of course!

The Arsilac team thanks the training center for this week full of teachings and we recommend to all apprentice brewers this CFPPA with high quality infrastructures and a teaching team with great experience.

Now place for beer brewing !
